Investments are strategic in nature and are only undertaken in unlisted companies (seed capital) to gain early exposure to key mineral properties, provinces or countries and strong management teams. Value creation can be generated through capital growth in the underlying assets, JV or other business transactions, participation in IPO's or subsequent full acquisition by Black Fire.
