Our vision is to build a highly regarded, dynamic mid-cap resources company that creates substantial stakeholder value. The corporate strategy entails a Mining House structure that allows both direct participation in and investment within the resources industry. Our primary commodity focus is gold and copper, however the company will explore/invest in other commodities where the specific business case indicates the potential for superior returns.

The Mining House structure gives Black Fire the flexibility to:

• Directly acquire or earn equity in projects and build value through exploration success leading to value accretion and the development of profitable mining operations with subsequent cash flow generation.
  
  
• Directly acquire equity in mining operations and build value through exploration upside and operational improvements leading to asset value growth and cash flow generation.
  
  
• Make strategic investments in unlisted companies (seed capital) to gain early exposure to key mineral properties, provinces or countries and strong management teams. Value creation can be generated through capital growth in the underlying assets, participation in IPO's or subsequent full acquisition by Black Fire.
